REGISTRATION OPEN FOR JESSUP 2025 UNTIL MAY 10!

The Pompeu Fabra University is looking for students to form the new team that will
represent at the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, the simulation
most prestigious legal institution in the world and in which the UPF has been participating consecutively
for 5 years, obtaining successful results in all of them at the national and
internationally, being crowned national champion in the 2022 edition.
Why should you participate? Participation in the moot offers the possibility of developing
legal research and analysis capabilities as well as the possibility of improving
oratory and legal discourse.
In addition to learning and experience, participating in this activity validates the TFG or the
TFM (Master's thesis, only in the case of the university master's degree in law of the
UPF-BSM) and it is a great opportunity to add a differentiating factor to the CV,
resulting in a great attraction for large law firms, national and
international.
The competition is held entirely in English and this year it is planned to be held in
IN-PERSON way in Barcelona. The team's coach is Melissa Bell Romero.
Law students from their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th year (Double Degree) can participate.

3. the legal consequences of the retreat of the coasts for the maritime zones of the
