A team from the Legal Clinic, in collaboration with Maluenda Social, from the Maluenda Penal office, is working to investigate an alleged crime of fraud.
The victim hired construction services for his usual home and the investigated not only did not do the work, but also kept his money, without complying with what was agreed. The investigation procedure has been stalled and a search and seizure order has been issued.
