A team from the Legal Clinic, in collaboration with Maluenda Social, from the Maluenda Penal office, is working to formulate a private accusation in a case of gender violence where the victim has a disability.

Specifically, four proceedings are being carried out against his partner, who is accused of having committed alleged crimes, such as injuries, breach of precautionary measure, etc. The team has formulated the letter of accusations and is now waiting to receive a resolution from the Criminal Court.
