Electronic registration request (preferably) 

Applications and documentation may be submitted electronically by attaching them to the General e-Application Procedure found on the UPF web portal in the section catalogue of procedures and steps.

You will need to complete this general e-application procedure by stating the following:

  • In the DEMANO section (in lower case and in Catalan, precisely as written): Sol·licitud de participació a processos selectius del Departament de Comunicació – Vacancy code.
  • When prompted for the body or service to which the application is addressed (in upper case and in Catalan, precisely as written): RECTOR/A.

In-person registration request

Applications and documentation may be also submitted in person at the University General Registry. The application must be original and it needs to carry a handwritten signature (electronically signed forms or photocopies will not be accepted with a face-to-face application submission).

They may also be submitted via any of the means set out in article 16.4 of Act 39/2015, of 1 October, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations.
