Communication, Advertising & Society (CAS) is a research group belonging to the Department of Communication, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain.

Its main research interests are located in the intersection between two areas: communication and advertising, and the individual and society. CAS is an interdisciplinary group which studies communication phenomena not only from a communication perspective but also from an integrated one, combining psychology, sociology, social psychology and discourse analysis.

Consequently, it promotes the combined use of quantitative and qualitative techniques in order to achieve a deeper understanding of how communication and advertising influence people's individual and social behavior.
