1. Take out a health insurance supplement to the European Health Card and travel insurance involving accident and repatriation coverage. (See the details: INSURANCE).

  • Don't forget to include the policy number in the Learning agreement.

2. Learning agreement for traineeships.

  • Download it and fill it in with the requested information (One part is filled in by you and the other by the entity that hosts you, it must be signed by the entity that hosts you and yourself/ the Careers Service will be in charge of signing the UPF).

  • For curricular internships, you have to check with your secretary to ensure that you can really incorporate the ECTS that your coordinator has authorised for you and the number. 

  • Sign it and send it to be signed by the institution hosting you.

  • Send the learning agreement to us at [email protected]

  • Once we have it signed by the vice chancellor of International Relations, we keep a copy in your electronic folder.

3. ERASMUS grant agreement: once you have sent us the learning agreement, you will receive the grant agreement by email. Fill it out and sign it electronically.

4. Disclaimer: Read it and sign it electronically.

5. Attach a copy of all the documents completed and signed through the Electronic Headquarters.
