Telephone Answering Service (SAT)
From the telephone answering service:
- We take external calls which arrive at UPF and forward them to the corresponding person or unit.
- We send call notifications when we are unable to forward the calls and manage call forwarding.
- We give basic information on centres, opening hours, holiday periods and activities, as well as on any other subjects that may arise.
