Your ResearcherID profile has been automatically redirected to the new Publons profile from April 15th
06.05.2019

From April 15th, 2019 your ResearcherID profile has been automatically redirected to the new Publons profile, acquired by Clarivate Analytics, the same company that manages the Web of Science.

Publons keeps your previous identifier number, but now it is called Web of Science ResearcherID. It is also still associated with the Web of Science database.

See an example of the new profile.

Publons provides a professional profile and unifies authors scientific output under a single identity, it also offers other advantages:

  • Connect with ORCID and exchange data between the two identifiers
  • Automatically updates the Web of Science Core Collection citation metrics
  • You can add the journals you are a reviewer and articles you’ve done peer review
  • You can download your Publons profile in a PDF
