La Caixa has opened the "Call for INPhINIT "La Caixa" PhD Fellowships Programme 2024" (link here).

PhD candidates interested in joining TIDE at UPF can apply to one of the two programmes:

1- Incoming (deadline 24th January 2024)

Research projects including TIDE research lines are already published here, La Caixa website. These are the eligibility requirements for INPhINIT INCOMING PROGRAM:

• Experience: candidates must be in the first four years of their research career. Furthermore, they must not have already obtained a doctoral degree or have started a doctoral programme before the academic year 2024-2025.
• Mobility: candidates must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain for more than twelve months in the three years immediately preceding the closing date of the call.

2- Retaining (deadline 15th February 2024)

Any individuals who fulfil the requirements to be admitted into our ICT doctoral programme at UPF could apply, requirements are:

• Experience: candidates must be in the first four years of their research career and have not previously been awarded a PhD or be in a position to apply for one.
• Mobility: candidates must have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain for more than twelve months in the three years immediately preceding the closing date of the call. In addition, candidates who are awarded the fellowship must complete their doctoral studies at a university other than the university where they completed their undergraduate studies.
