Member of the network "Anti-racist universities free from discrimination", coordinated by the Catalan Government's Office for Equal Treatment and Non-discrimination, and the Roma association Rromanipe’s, and composed by researchers from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Universitat de Barcelona, Universitat de Girona, Universitat de Vic, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and Universitat Rovira i Virgili.

Member of the Catalan Ombudsman (Sindíc de Greuges), Comissió d’estudi sobre l’atenció de la diversitat social i la convivència de l’alumnat des d’una perspectiva antiracista [Commission of study about social diversity and coexistence among pupils from an anti-racist perspective], adding and addendum about the necessity to work actively and explicitly against racism in schools to the Catalan National pact against segregation.

The addendum was presented by Z. Hellgren and I. Blanco at the conference Pacte contra la segregació escolar. Balanç i reptes de futur, June 17, 2025 at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Chair and coordinator of the final conference of the project Roma Inclusion in Education: Fostering Constructive Attitudes and Good Practices in the Barcelona Area (VAKERIPEN). The attendants were local scholars, politicians, policy-makers, representatives of Roma associations, and the Roma families and school staff who participated in the project. 15 June 2018.
