13.05.2025

The Innovation Space has once again analyzed the employment prospects of our ICT and GEBM graduates (2024 data). Please note that these data are extracted from LinkedIn and only those cases where the profile is apparently up to date are considered for the analysis.

There were 171 graduates in this graduating class, of which 144 profiles were found on LinkedIn, which means that the study was carried out with 84.21% of the total number of graduates.

In general terms, it is worth highlighting that the overall employability rate (including all analyzed degrees) exceeds 84% (a decrease of 4.5% compared to the 2023 graduating class). This figure rises to 89.52% when only ICT degrees are considered.

Notably, 27.78% of the graduates (40 individuals) have chosen to continue their studies; of these, 97.56% are pursuing a master's degree.

Details by degree below:

  • The percentage of GEXT graduates who are employed at the time of the analysis is 100%, and 28.57% have decided to continue their studies, mainly in areas such as networks, bioinformatics, and telecommunications.
  • 96.67% of GEI graduates are currently employed, and 6.67% have continued their education.
  • In the case of GESA, among the profiles analyzed, 83.33% are currently employed. This percentage was 81.48% in 2023. Additionally, the percentage of graduates who have continued studying is 23.1% (compared to 26% in the previous graduating class).
  • Among graduates in Mathematical Engineering in Data Science (GEMCD), 86.36% are employed. In total, 13.64% are both working and studying at the same time.
  • For graduates in Biomedical Engineering (GEBM), it is worth noting that 69.23% are employed (compared to 81.25% in 2023). The percentage of graduates who are both working and studying simultaneously is 15.38%.
