La investigadora de UnivAc Irene Hermosa participó en el seminario Signé de la Universidad Toulouse Jean-Jaurès con una charla titulada "Accessibilité communicative et sensorielle dans l'enseignement supérieur (Communication and sensory accessibiltiy in higher education)" el 4 de marzo de 2025, en Toulouse.

Abstract: The Communication and sensory accessibility in higher education seminar was based on the results from the UNIVAC project (Sensory accessibility at the Spanish university: current needs and prospective solutions, ref. TED2021-130926A-I00). Accessibility barriers and their possible solutions were addressed throughout the seminar, focusing specifically on the insights from lecturers, students, admin staff, inclusion units and disabled people organisations in interviews, focus groups and research diaries that were gathered throughout the UNIVAC project. The presentation was accompanied by two debates and a final Q&A section. The seminar was interpreted into French Sign Language.
