A position is being advertised for postdoctoral research staff of the Department of Law at Pompeu Fabra University with a profile in Philosophy of Law.
- ResoluTION
Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative channels, interested parties may file a contentious administrative appeal before the Contentious Administrative Court of Barcelona, within two months from the day after the publication of this Resolution on the Pompeu Fabra University website.
Interested persons may also optionally file an appeal for reconsideration with the rector within one month from the day after the publication of this resolution on the Pompeu Fabra University website, in which case the contentious administrative appeal may not be filed until the appeal for reconsideration has been expressly resolved or the appeal has been dismissed by silence.
