Topological Data Analysis (TDA) has proven useful at finding the hidden structure of datasets [1]. This allows the finding of clusters, subgroups and transitions from health to disease.

In this project we aim at exploiting its potential to obtain new insight into real-world clinical data, with the objective of creating a decision support system that would help diagnosis or outcome prevention.

Preferred skills: comfortable with Matlab; notions of machine learning.
