The Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and the OESIA signed an agreement to create the OESIA-UPF Chair of Logistics and Data Analytics.The Business Analytics Research Group is the main research group of UPF to work together with OESIA in knowledge transfer projects on business analytics and data science. The Chair of Logistics and Data Analytics objective is to develop state-of-the-art research in Analytics applications to Logistics and Big Data.

Daniel Serra, Professor in the UPF, Department of Economics and Business, Dean of the Barcelona School of Management-UPF and a founder member of the Business Analytics Research Group is the director of the OESIA-UPF Chair.
