Adrián Sánchez is a professor and predoctoral researcher at the University Pompeu Fabra with an FI Joan Oró grant. He is currently researching, in his doctoral thesis, discourses and performative strategies of subversion of classic narration contemporary cinema. He also teaches at the non-regulated film school La Casa del Cine and works in the press department of the Sitges Film Festival. His lines of research revolve around the relationship between cinema and performance, urban representation and cinematographic semiotics.
