1. It doesn’t recognize me

Your user name is the same identification number you used for your university application (DNI, NIE, passport...).

The password is the date of your birth in ddmmyyyy format.

You will be able to change it once you are logged in the system.

2. How do I know if I have been allocated at UPF?

You can check if you have been allocated at UPF on the ACCESNET website.

3. I try to enrol online and I get this message: “Enrolment is not possible as your appointment does not match the current date/time”

Check when you have to enrol.

4. There are incorrect data that I cannot change

You should continue the enrolment procedure. Once enrolled, you must submit the digital application to uptade personal information. If it involves a change in the name, nationality or identity document, you must supply the supporting documents.

Once the relevant change in the application has been made, the correct data will appear on Campus Global.

If the post code of your city or town does not appear on the database, please introduce the one of the nearest town or city and later on ask for a data change as in the previous section, stating the name of the city or town.

5. Can I modify the group for a subject included in a grouping?

In no case may you modify the assigned group.

6. Can I enrol in any group?

No, the groups can’t be modified.

7. Do I have to enrol for the subjects I want to get recognised?

Yes, and to facilitate the regularization of the payment of fees, in the direct debit section, click where it says "payment in two instalments" so that in the second instalment, in December, all the amounts will be duly set.

8. I can’t select the enrolment grant or complimentary status I am entitled to

Did you submit the corresponding documentation indicated on the registration website?

If you did not deliver it, you cannot enrol with this bonus. However, if the documentation is valid on the start date of the academic year, you can make a request for a refund of fees at the Student Information Desk or at CAU student academic support after registration, attaching the valid documentation, and you will be refunded the corresponding amount.

9. I can’t select deferred payment

Payment can’t be made in instalments when the enrolment fee is less than 450 euros.

Payment in instalments is also not possible if you have opted for the AGAUR loan.

10. I can’t select that I am a conditional scholarship holder

If you have asked the General scholarship for the 2023-2024, we will already have entered your status as a conditional scholarship holder and on the day of enrollment, you will already be selected scholarship holder. Therefore, you do not need to submit any documentation. In any case, you must meet the academic requirements established by the call.

If you do not see the option "general scholarship holder" when you register, it is because you have not applied for the general scholarship, so you must register as a non-scholarship holder.

 11. I have enrolled as a scholarship holder, but in the final payment I’m being charged the academic fees

The scholarship doesn’t cover retaken credits and academic fees, only the credits enroled for the first time.

12. I’ve recorded the enrolment but it doesn’t print out

If you access the enrolment again and click on the option ‘Consult enrolment’ > ‘Print preview’, you will be able to print it.

13. I’ve printed the enrolment but I can’t make the payment with this document

When you formalize the enrollment you will have to select one of the two payment options:

a) If it’s direct debit, the University will handle the payment of the enrolment fee from the account number you provided. The first payment period is after the enrolment, and the second one is in December.

b) If it’s an AGAUR loan, the AGAUR will contact you for you to authorize the loan and sign the contract.

Remember that you must provide us with a bank account number so that we can link it to your file.

14. What should I do to be able to combine working and studying?

Apply for the part-time modality with the accrediting documentation at the online office, from the 15th of July. Now you must enrol for the entire first year, and split the tuition payment into two instalments; should your part-time enrolment application be approved, your enrolment will be regularized with 50% of the first year.
