According to academic regulations, you must enroll in all core and compulsory courses that you have not yet passed before enrolling in any new courses. First-year courses that you have not passed must be registered for in every academic year.
In My Selection, you will find by default: Courses not passed from previous academic years. If it is an elective course that you do not wish to take, you must remove it by clicking the X icon.
If your program's secretariat has assigned you a group code, your courses will appear with the assigned group. If there is a course you do not wish to take, you must remove it by clicking the X icon.
Pending Tab: This section lists the courses you have not passed that are not currently in My Selection. You must select all of them before registering for new ones (except in the case of elective courses).
Plan Tab: This section lists the courses from your syllabus/curriculum that you have never enrolled in before. To register for these courses, click the + icon. If the course only has one group, it will be added automatically to My Selection. If it has more than one, a new window will open where you can select the group you wish to join. If a course does not appear, you can look it up using the "Add course by code" button.
Outside the Plan Tab: If you wish to enroll in cross-disciplinary/free elective courses, you must do so from this tab. Click on "Add courses by code" and enter the course code (you can find these on the Cross-Disciplinary Training website). If the course has more than one group, you must first choose the group, then click on Characteristics, and select the elective option OP001 Cross-disciplinary/free elective, OP259 BISS/BAPIS Courses, or OP059 Fourth term.
Replacing a failed course with a new one
In this case, it is important to bear in mind that if you make this change, the new course will inherit the exhausted examination attempts of the course you are dropping, and the surcharge for a failed course will be applied to your fees assessment. To make this change, you must first enroll in the new course and then click Modify. A new window will open where you must select the Course Change tab and the course you wish to replace. Then, click Accept. You will be able to see the update in My Selection.
To move on to the next screen click on the ‘Payment information’ button you will find at the top of the screen.
