Learning to manage stress with the Science of Stress (course in English)

Credits: 1 credit

This course will help you learn about how stress can be helpful and harmful, how it causes changes in our bodies, and how we can manage it. The course has been developed as part of two European projects (Spotlighters, RemixED) involving educators and researchers from education, cognitive neuroscience, and education technology.

The course involves a 2 hour in-person session (January 19th at 14.30h in Poblenou Campus), the completion of six units of an online course and a final reflection assignment (open until the end of February). The units (videos with short quizzes and reflection activities) take about 45-60 minutes to complete. The course will be in English (with the six units available also in Spanish and Catalan) and limited to 30 participants. There will be a final (optional) session to share reflections about the course at the end of February.
