The Student Information Desk (PIE) is the personalized customer service that the University puts at your disposal to provide you with information and guidance on the organization, the running and the activities of UPF and also to carry out the academic and university extension procedures.The Student Information Desk (PIE) is a service offered at each campus Library/CRAI. You will either be attended directly or they will point you in the right direction.

UPF provides you with an e-mail address that you can use from before the start of the academic year and throughout your stay at the University.

How do you get access to the e-mail account?

From the Applications section on Campus Global you have direct access to E-mail and Google Apps.

It is very important that you check your e-mail on a daily basis, because you will receive messages pertaining to a variety of administrative matters (grants,
diplomas, etc.).

La Veu de la Pompeu, is a bi-weekly e-newsletter targeting undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students. You will receive it directly in your email and it contains information of interest related to announcements of scholarships and grants, academic procedures, offers of jobs and internships, UPF activities, etc.

In addition, the University provides other thematic e-newsletters so that you keep abreast of the latest developments. 

The University has a video notice board system, called Canal UPF, in all buildings, where you can view activities related to the University and get information on the latest developments at UPF.

The University is present in the major social networks with the institutional profile (@UPFBarcelona) and thematic profiles (administrative units and services, faculties, research groups...).
