Louise McNally and Rafael Gutiérrez gave talks at the 58th Annual Meeting of the Societas Linguistica Europaea (SLE 2025), held in Bordeaux from 26 to 29 August 2025. Louise presented a joint talk with Olivier Bonami (U. Paris Cité) and Denis Paperno (Utrecht U.) entitled "Compounding in a probabilistic paradigmatic model of word formation" in a workshop on Compounding in Word Formation Paradigms, and Rafa presented a talk entitled "Word Formation Processes in Proper Names and Common Nouns" in the general session.
