Resolution of the rector
Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative channels, interested parties may file a lawsuit before the Barcelona Social Courts within two months from the day after the publication of this resolution on the Pompeu FAbra University website. However, interested parties may file an appeal for reconsideration before the body that issued it, within one month from the day after its publication.

Once the resolution approving the list has become definitive, the interested parties may file a lawsuit before the Barcelona Labor Courts within two months from the day after the list of those admitted and excluded has become definitive. However, the interested parties may lodge an appeal for reconsideration before the body that issued it, within one month from the day following its publication.

instància general electrònica que es troba a la
Seu electrònica, a catàleg de procediments i tràmits. Cal indicar el codi de la convocatòria, en aquest cas DRET-TT-2024-12.
També es pot presentar el recurs i la documentació de manera presencial al Registre General de la Universitat. Aquest ha de ser original i estar signat manuscritament (no s'admeten fotocòpies ni documents signats electrònicament en la presentació presencial).
I també es pot presentar en qualsevol dels llocs que preveu l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.

At the proposal of the Department of Law, the following is approved: The hiring of Mr. Jorge Ernesto Roa Roa in the Tener-Track category (Call : DRET-TTPT-2025-4).
Please note that this decision, which exhausts all administrative remedies, may be appealed to the Administrative Courts of Barcelona within two months of its publication.
Alternatively, interested parties may file an optional appeal for reconsideration with the Faculty Committee within one month of publication. In this case, an appeal to the Administrative Courts may not be filed until the appeal for reconsideration has been expressly resolved or deemed rejected.
