From the publication of the provisional list of those admitted and excluded, a period of 2 calendar days is opened for allegations from the day following the date of publication of this provisional list. This list will become definitive if no allegations have been made after the deadline. Once the list has become definitive, interested parties may bring an action before the Barcelona labour courts within two months of the day following the date on which the list of those admitted and excluded has become definitive
