Defence of a mother and her baby under guardianship before a request for visits by the grandmother. The working group is in charge of defending a young woman and her baby against a lawsuit filed by the child's maternal grandmother calling for the establishment of a visiting regime. The mother and daughter currently live in an institution, given the family circumstances and their situation of social vulnerability. The defense will consist of ensuring the maximum well-being of the minor, of whom the grandmother had been disengaging from until the interposition of the demand that gives rise to this procedure.
