On May 27, the Faculty of Law at Pompeu Fabra University brought to a close the course "Oratòria i argumentació: una eina jurídica troncal", a training program that kicked off on April 15 and has allowed the student body to acquire key competencies for legal practice. The final debate session was held in an exceptional institutional setting: the university's historic Tàpies Room.

The course instructors, Josep-Vicenç Mestre Nogué and Josep Maria Castellà Lidon, professors from the Humanities department at UPF, highlighted the excellent willingness, rapport, and eagerness to learn shown by the entire group from various UPF fields of study (Law, Economics, Business Administration and Management, Humanities, etc.), emphasizing the great academic and qualitative progress demonstrated by the student body since the first session.

During the closing ceremony, the professors expressed their gratitude to the Faculty of Law for making this initiative possible, with special recognition for the support of the former dean, Dr. Anna M. Caballé, and the current dean, Dr. Joan Picó. Upon completion of the classes, the student body received a certificate of completion and feedback with qualitative evaluations of their performances. Finally, those who require ECTS credit recognition (25 teaching hours) can request it through the CAU at the Faculty of Law.
