The Second Chance Law is a tool available to natural persons, whether or not they are entrepreneurs, to be able to benefit from a reduction in the amount of their debts. In close coordination with Garrigues, the Clinic team is contributing to the preparation of four applications, four reports and four inventories, one for each member of the family involved.
