On 24 November 2023 from 9:00 to 13:00 the multi-purpose hall of the building U, Can Jaumandreu, Peru 52, Barcelona the symposium "Claus i reptes de la Reforma de la Llei Concursal" organized by the Legal Clinic of the UPF and UOC. This day will address the difficulties that the reform of the insolvency law has imposed on the tendering procedures for the physical person (second opportunity) and the ways to deal with them. The symposium is open to everyone.
