The seminar "Minors tried as adults: a critical and comparative analysis" will be held on March 23rd

The seminar aims to analyze interdisciplinary the juvenile justice systems of Puerto Rico, the United States, Argentina and Spain.
The panelists will be Mary Beloff (UBA), Iris Rosario (UPF), and Úrsula Ruiz (UPF). It will also have the participation of Fernando Guzmán and Luís Zambrana (PUCPR) wil be the chairman.
