The other participating research groups were the Center for the Study and Prevention of Delinquency (CRIMINA, Miguel Hernández University), the Andalusian Interuniversity Institute of Criminology (University of Malaga), the Criminal Sciences Research Group (University of the Basque Country) ), the Research Group on Desistence and Reintegration Policies (Autonomous University of Barcelona) and the Criminology Research Center (University of Castilla - La Mancha).

The aid granted by the Ministry of Science and Innovation made it possible to unite the efforts of different leading research groups in the field of criminology to contribute to the improvement of Spanish criminal policy and participate in the transfer of this knowledge in society.
