Margherita Piccichè, Professor and researcher at the University of Palerm, is carrying out a pre-doctoral research stay at the Department of Communication from 11/09/23 to 10/12/23 within the framework of the CINEMA research group.
Margherita Piccichè is a professional and researcher with a Master's degree in Visual Arts from the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna. Since 2021 she has been a PhD student in Visual Culture at the University of Palerm, where she is studying Art History, Political Philosophy and Political Iconology. His current interests are the work of Aby Warburg, the iconographic theme of the Roman imperial triumph, and its reception in the Renaissance and the contemporary period. She has recently begun to collaborate with "La Rivista di Engramma".
