Pompeu Fabra University will shortly host the Seminar on Research Methodologies in Star Studies in Spain, an academic meeting aimed at creating a space for debate and exchange around methodological approaches in this field of study.

The seminar will bring together researchers specialising in star studies, an area that explores the cultural construction of stardom in cinema, television and other media, as well as its social, political and industrial meanings. The event seeks to bring together diverse theoretical and methodological approaches, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and contributing to the consolidation of this field within the Spanish academic context.
