On Friday, March 13, 2026, artist-researcher Sander Vloebergs, in residence at the university with a J&M Villavecchia Fellowship, organized an open rehearsal of the performance "Figura Serpentinata", where he presented the progress of his creative process and engaged in discussion with attendees on several conceptual and technical aspects of the piece.

This spring will see the staging of Vloebergs’s performance, part of the project "Genealogies of Ecstasy in Mysticism and Dance", which he is conducting at the Haas Library. Information about the event will be available soon.
