Since the 2009-2010 academic year, the party, organized by the students in May, has managed to fill Plaça Gutenberg on the Poblenou Campus. The organizing committee is linked to the UPF Student Council and student associations and receives organizational and logistic support from the Poblenou Campus management and the University Community Assistance Service (SACU).

Each year, a general cause is chosen. This year, it was support for the popular initiative to reduce university fees. In previous editions, it was the reception of refugees or building a feminist UPF.

The day begins with a ‘correcampus’, a parade around the various UPF campuses. The event includes performances by bands and a live DJ, food, a ‘castellers’ (human tower) exhibition, and lots of fun.

The money raised at the party is used to fund the next year’s festival and other activities of the organizing associations.
