First edition of the awards for the best TFG and TFM in health promotion

The Catalan Network of Healthy Universities (US.cat), within the framework of the collaboration agreement with the secretary general of Research and Universities of the Ministry for Research and Universities and the secretary general of Public Health of the Ministry for Health, has drawn up the rules governing the call for the first edition of the awards for the best bachelor’s and master’s degree final projects in the field of health promotion, in relation to the sustainable development goals (SDGs), with the aim of promoting a healthy environment and lifestyle, as well as raising community awareness regarding this issue.
Likewise, the aim is to incorporate the perspective of health promotion in teaching and encourage an interest in health in research. These awards seek to recognize the excellence of bachelor’s and master’s degree final projects by students from Catalan universities in terms of health promotion with respect to the SDGs.
The University of Barcelona, which is currently presiding the US.cat network, is managing the call for submissions for the first edition of these awards. To submit a proposal, the procedure described in point 3 must be followed. Method and deadline for submitting applications. An application must be included, in accordance with the standard form accompanying the rules and regulations, the bachelor’s or master’s degree final project and a cover letter or defence of the work and the candidacy.

Likewise, this documentation can be submitted in person at the General Registry of the University. In this case, the UPF general application must be signed by hand (photocopies or electronically signed documents are not permitted for in-person submissions). Documents may also be submitted at any of the places provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the common administrative procedure of the public administrations (see “Submission of documents addressed to UPF”).
The awards ceremony will take place on Friday, 7 October.
