COSSPO 2027

The fourth edition of the Doctoral Workshop on Comparative Social and Public Policy (COSPPO) will be held on May 13-14, 2027, at Pompeu Fabra University, funded by UNPACK. This workshop is addressed to early-career scholars whose research engages with aspects of comparative social and public policy and who would like to connect with an active community in the field.

Future activities 

We will organise an academic workshop around child poverty in Southern Europe in Barcelona to foster research and collaboration, strengthening links between social policy researchers in Southern Europe. 

We will also organise a policy workshop with stakeholders to discuss project results, identify priorities and draft policy recommendations. It will comprise a roundtable to discuss policy actions towards achieving child poverty reduction in light of the project results.
