Application procedure

  1. Download the proposal template.
  2. Complete all required sections detailing your project, objectives, and budget needs.
  3. Attach your completed proposal to the submission form and submit your application.

Evaluation and funding criteria

All proposals will be evaluated by our Scientific Committee. Funding will be allocated based on:

  • Quality & expected impact of the proposal
  • Fair thematic distribution, and across disciplines & research groups
  • Yearly budget constraints

Final decisions and funding allocations will be announced following the evaluation phase.
