  • Only students from our partner universities can take part in the Exchange Programme at UPF.
  • Your home university must send us your nomination via form.
  • For each nominated student, the home institution must include the following data:
  1. Name and surname
  2. E-mail address
  3. Trimester of stay – UPF structures its academic calendar in terms:
    1st trimester: from late September to late December
    2nd trimester: from January to late March or early April
    3rd trimester: from early April to late June
  4. Type of Study (Bachelor/Master)
  5. Study Area – Should match UPF’s study areas
     
  • Deadlines for nominating students coming to UPF for:
    • First term: 30th April
    • Second and/or third term: 30th September

 

  • Once nominated by your home university, you will receive an e-mail with information on the registration procedure.
  • Students attending the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting must take an online placement test, which must be taken before students enrol.
     
  • Students attending the rest of UPF Faculties: UPF recommends exchange students to have at least a MCER B1 level of Spanish or a B2 level of English.
