IDI (Interactive Digital Image) is a research unit within the Department of Information and Communication Technologies at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. It is devoted to the development of image technologies encompassing advanced 3D graphics, image processing algorithms based on vision science models, computer vision, interactive and immersive visualizations, and web-oriented technologies; with a strong focus on the human and usability aspects.

The IDI Research Unit includes the IP4EC (Image Processing for Enhnanced Cinematography) and the GTI (Interactive Technologies Group) university research groups.
