Dr. Olga Valverde is the team leader of GReNeC.

• M.D. at University of Cadiz in 1989. 
• PhD in Neuroscience at University of Cadiz in 1992.
• PhD in Pharmacy at University René Descartes (Paris V) in 1996.

Dr. Valverde integrated the UPF as Associated Professor in 1998. From 2008 she is Full Professor at UPF.

Dr. Valverde is author of more than 100 international articles in relevant journals. She is the principal investigator of research projects funded by different agencies.
