She graduated in Psychology at Universitat de València 2010. In 2012 she carried out a Master in Research, Treatment and Pathologies associated with drug dependence, and in 2016 she obtained a Ph.D in Psychology Research (Cum Laude) at the same university. Her PhD was devoted to characterize the influence of social stress on the rewarding effects of cocaine, studying knowledge surrounding the neurobiological substrates implicated in the effects of social stress on the rewarding effects of this psychostimulant. She studied the development of possible pharmacological and behavioral strategies for the treatment of drug addiction.
Nowadays she is Associated Lecturer at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and she collaborates with the Neurobiology of Behaviour Research group (GReNeC).
