Grup de Recerca en Dret Patrimonial

The Research Group in Patrimonial Law, consolidated since 1995, has a solid trajectory of three decades dedicated to research in the field of Catalan, Spanish, and European civil law, with special emphasis on comparative law and Law and Economics. The group brings together researchers with a recognized academic and professional background who actively participate in competitive research projects and international networks of scientific collaboration.

The group’s main lines of research focus on patrimonial law, understood in a broad sense to encompass the law of obligations and contracts, property rights, and tort law, as well as the law of persons and family.
