PROGRAMME

Part one:
How Patient Insights Inform Payer Decisions Across the Health System

March 24 | 2 pm-3.30 pm CET | 9 am-10.30 am EDT

During this webinar, we will examine how patient insights are gaining relevance across health systems and how they intersect with payer, clinical, HTA, and policy priorities. We will also explore where patient experience and outcome data can most effectively inform payer decisions along the care pathway and how balancing patient voices with other stakeholder perspectives can support improved outcomes and more efficient resource use.

During the webinar, you will:

  • Learn about key dimensions of patient engagement and why they matter for improving health outcomes and supporting payer decisions.
  • Examine how patient insights can be aligned with clinical, HTA, and policy priorities to balance patient voices with other stakeholder needs.
  • Identify specific points along the care pathway where patient involvement leads to better decision-making, enhanced outcomes, or reduction in avoidable costs.
  • Review misalignments between patient and other system voices that hinder consistent use of patient insights and explore emerging solutions that drive better outcomes and greater value.

Part two:
How AI Enhances Patient Data for Improved Outcomes and More Cost-Effective Decisions

March 26 | 2 pm-3.30 pm CET | 9 am-10.30 am EDT

During this webinar, we examine how AI-powered digital tools can collect, analyze, and improve patient outcomes and experience data to support more timely, targeted, and consistent clinical and payer decisions. We also explore how AI-enabled approaches can enhance care delivery and improve overall system performance.

During this webinar, you will:

  • Explore how AI tools support the collection and use of high-quality patient data that can meaningfully contribute to improved outcomes and more efficient resource use.
  • Review real-life cases that show how AI transforms patient-generated data into actionable insights for payer and clinical decisions.
  • Discover organizational, regulatory, ethical, and governance requirements for effective AI implementation, while considering patient voice as a guiding principle.
  • Explore learnings from ongoing efforts in digitalization of healthcare systems to optimize access and care.
