I'm a PhD student specialized in Zooarchaeology and Taphonomy. I'm particularly interested in Human-Animal interactions in Asian Prehistory.
My research focuses on the management of livestock by Indus Civilisation herders. I work with several proxies, combining both a classical perspective and new trends like isotopic and proteomic data. Further, I apply a diachronic point of view which allows me to compare different ways of herding from the first farmers to urban settlements across Pakistan and India.
