Applying for international opportunities goes beyond language skills. How you present your CV, communicate in interviews and adapt to different cultural contexts can make all the difference. This session will help you meet international recruitment standards with confidence.

What is the session about?

This practical session focuses on building an effective international CV and preparing for interviews in English. You will learn how to adapt your CV to different countries, optimize content for ATS systems, highlight global and intercultural competences, and use AI tools to refine your applications.

You will also work on interview preparation, covering communication styles, the STAR method, virtual interview etiquette and key intercultural aspects that influence selection processes. A final Q&A allows for discussion of real cases and specific questions.

The session will be led by Anna Rodríguez Casadevall, trainer and consultant in global justice and interculturality.

If you want to feel prepared and stand out in international selection processes, this session will help you take the next step.

When: 5 February 2026, from 12.00 to 13.30 h
