Process an agreement
1. Starting the procedure
1. Access Campus Treball (via Campus Global) and complete the details of your CV.
2. Sign up for the offer board best suited to the professional sphere of your internship.
3. Tell the organisation the name of the offer board so that you can be assigned the internship in Direct Mode through the “I already know the student” option in their Campus Treball profile.
Managing the agreement requires approximately one week.
2. Validating the internship
Once the Career Services has reviewed the internship data, validation will be requested from the student and the organisation. Finally, the university will review and validate it, if necessary, within a week.
You will be able to start the internship, according to the planned start date, as long as the university has validated it.
3. Signature process
The documentation relating to the internship will be signed electronically. Once the agreement has been validated by the university, we will send the instructions for signing and the link to access the document to both the entity and the student by email.
If you do not yet have a digital identification system, you can obtain the idCAT electronic certificate by following these steps:
- Request the certificate by entering your details in this application form.
- Go to a UPF PIE or an idCAT registration entity to validate your identity. You must bring the original of the identification document (example: DNI) that you used to request the idCAT certificate and a photocopy.
- You will then receive the link to download your idCAT certificate by email.
The agreement must be duly signed by all parties on the first day of the internship.
4. Evaluating the internship and the internship report
You must submit the internship report to your academic tutor. A few days before the internship ends, your tutor will receive a survey to evaluate them.
If you have any questions, see the section on frequently asked questions.
