On May 3, it ended the 6th edition of the Conference “Visions d’un Món Desigual. Treball decent i creixement econòmic”, which focused on Sustainable Development Goal 8 (Decent work and economic growth). Topics such as the fight against job insecurity, the relationship between decent work and immigration, and the labor market through the gender perspective were discussed.

The conference, open to the general public and free of charge, was organized in four thematic blocks, each dealing with an aspect related to decent work and economic growth. As in the previous edition, the conference was held 100% online through the YouTube platform for live virtual sessions.

In this sixth edition, all sessions followed the same methodology. During the first 20-30 minutes, the speaker explained the topic, and then there was a question and answer session.
