The Pompeu Fabra University Bitàcola Service is a coaching or advisory service addressing all students of the University who are in a situation of emotional or psychological distress arising from or related to their studies and consider that they need support or accompaniment to achieve their academic goals.

The Bitàcola Service is completely confidential and free of charge.

  • Wednesday, from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm

The office is located in the Library of the Jaume I building on the Ciutadella campus, room 21.205 (Library tower).

Below are some basic directions to the office of the Bitàcola Service:

Enter the Ciutadella Library through the door where the Student Information Desk (PIE) is located

Once you have passed the PIE, and the (second) glass door, continue, straight, along the central corridor of the Library

At the end of this central corridor, on the left, you will find the entrance to the Library tower: take the wooden staircase marked "Access to the tower".

 

The office of the Bitàcola Service is on the second floor of the tower. If you have mobility problems, we can provide you with the key to the lift
