- The training activities are validated by the thesis supervisor(s). A recorded training activity can be in one of the following four states:
a. Once introduced by the student, it is signalled as PROPOSAL.
b. The supervisor(s) must modify the activity, indicating whether it is an ACCEPTED PROPOSAL or a NON ACCEPTED PROPOSAL.
c. Once fulfilled, supervisor(s) modify its state, indicating FULFILLED.
When the activities document is printed, only the accepted or fulfilled activities are shown.
