JJ. Moreso is the author of numerous publications in his area of expertise. His last work, Constitución. Modelo para Armar (Marcial Pons, 2009) is a collection of some of the trials he has written in the last ten years, most of them already published.

The work also represents a first attempt to articulate a preliminary run-up or a theory of the Constitution, namely, a focus of some of its philosophical foundations from different areas: legal theory, philosophy Language, social philosophy, moral philosophy and political philosophy. In this sense, the current debate on constitutional issues is some really exciting because it needs a space where all these disciplines intersect. The book is divided into three parts: the first devoted to the background of the Constitution, the second to the theory of law appropriate for this time of constitutionalism and the third dealing with the judicial application of the Constitution.
