Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program, Zhiyuan Guo, Full Professor at the College of Criminal Justice and Deputy director of the Center for Criminal Law and Justice of the China University of Political Science and Law, visits us in law.

Taking advantage of Professor Guo’s visit at our University, several activities have been carried out. For example the conference “Criminal Justice in China” delivered at the Master’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice System.

As well as the seminari “The exclusionary rules in China”, organized by the Research Group on Procedural Law.
